Terms and Conditions

1. Scope — These terms apply to all orders placed via the Mirroricles online shop for consumers and business customers.

2. Contracting Party — Musion Holotec. Vertriebs GmbH & Co. KG, represented by Robin Maaß, Lambertsstr. 5, 50997 Cologne, Germany.

3. Offer and Contract Formation — The display of products is a non-binding online catalog. Clicking "Buy Now" constitutes a binding offer. The contract is formed upon receipt of an order confirmation email, shipment, or prepayment invoice.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs — Prices are in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. International buyers may be subject to additional customs duties.

5. Payment — Credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, instant bank transfer, and other methods available at checkout.

6. Delivery and Shipping — Worldwide delivery. Delivery times are shown per product or at checkout. If an item is unavailable, the customer will be notified and any payment refunded. Risk transfers upon delivery.

7. Retention of Title — Goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

8. Notes on Jewelry — Minor color deviations are possible. Small differences in measurements, weight, and color are normal. Jewelry should be kept away from water, perfume, and cosmetics. Normal wear and tear is not a defect.

9. Right of Withdrawal — Statutory withdrawal rights apply for consumers.

10. Warranty — Statutory warranty rights apply. A one-year warranty applies for business customers.

11. Liability — Unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence. Limited liability for slight negligence to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

12. Dispute Resolution — EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not required to participate in consumer dispute resolution proceedings.

13. Applicable Law — German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

14. Final Provisions — Invalid provisions do not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
